I’ve decided to challenge myself in order to try to increase my feelings of gratitude so:
For 48 hours, I shall use only appreciative, positive language. Think about it, how often do we embark in negative thoughts and therefore negative words? I guess that happens more frequently that we would like to admit!
Gratitude unlocks the happiness! Research says that happy people tend to live better and more fulfilling lives.
